Managing Director, UK, Maru/Blue
Paul Williams joins Maru/Blue with more than 30 years' experience in the market research industry, including spells as Managing Director of healthcare specialist M3 Global Research, Business Development Director at presentation and reporting software firm E-Tabs; and Managing Director of customer satisfaction researcher Lorien Plc, and most recently as a strategy consultant for MR translation leader GlobaLexicon, majorly contributing to their 50% revenue growth for the last 3 years.
A lifetime’s knowledge of the market research industry and his position at the forefront of technological enhancements saw him developing one of the first large scale in-house developed online survey platforms to conduct automotive VoC surveys in the 90s, across 26 European markets, and also developing interactive survey results and best practice related websites for major clients.
At Maru/Blue he will utilize his research skills along with his commercial acumen, and board level management experience, to bring to life the Maru/Blue offering in the UK and EU markets. Paul has always used a consultative approach to MR, and works closely with clients to understand their needs, and has vast experience of operational practices to ensure projects are delivered to spec.
His areas of expertise cover Quant and Qual MR, Cx and VoC programs, Data Insights, Client Development, and Operations.
He has conducted research projects across all vertical markets, including Automotive, Healthcare, Retail, Financial, FMCG and Travel & Hospitality.
